Founded in 2020, currently provides Structural Engineering, Safety Inspections, and Construction and Inspection Management services. NC registered in Virginia, Connecticut, South Carolina, Washington DC and Maryland. NC is certified as a certified DBE (#813802) with VDOT, DDOT, CTDOT and SCDOT. Additionally, the firm is certified as a Small Business Enterprise.

The firm was founded by Prasad L. Nallapaneni, MS, MBA, PE, a seasoned engineering professional with more than 27 years of experience in civil and structural engineering. His leadership reflects a deep commitment to technical excellence, collaboration, and client service. During his 21-year tenure at VDOT, including his service as Assistant State Bridge Engineer, he led key initiatives in bridge design, load ratings, hauling permits, maintenance and bridge management and geotechnical services, helping advance statewide engineering standards and practices.
Under Mr. Nallapaneni’s leadership, our team is driven to solve complex challenges and consistently exceed client expectations. His contributions to national industry efforts through involvement with AASHTO and NCHRP demonstrate a broader commitment to advancing engineering standards and strengthening the profession.
