Nallapaneni Consultants, LLC (NC) as a DBE sub consultant under various Statewide Design Contracts developed applications for se- curing SGR funds for Hampton Roads District From FY25 . During this period as a staff augment developed more than 10 applica- tions.
NC reviewed 9 SGR applications developed by other consultants during the fiscal Year FY26.
